450g caramilk
100g pink candy melts
Extra caramilk
dried raspberries & sprinkles to decorate

Recipe
🧁 make the base
preheat oven to 150°c and line a 33x23cm tinrub flour + 350g cold butter together until breadcrumb texturemix in caster sugarpress firmly into the tin and bake 30 mins until lightly goldenleave to cool

🍓 make the berry caramel
heat remaining butter, condensed milk, golden syrup + berry extract on low until smoothincrease heat and bring to a boil, stirring often, until thick and golden(optional: add a tiny bit of food colouring for a pinker caramel)cool slightly, then pour over cooled shortbreadchill for 1 hour or until set

🍫 add the topping
melt the caramilk and pour over the caramelmelt candy melts and blob on top, then feather with a skewerdecorate with raspberries, sprinkles and extra caramilk

1–2 tbsp golden caster sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1–2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

🧈 Crumble topping (double if you want it extra thick)
150g plain flour
1 sachet quaker oat so simple golden syrup (36g)
60g golden caster sugar
100g unsalted butter

Recipe:
🍏 Prep the apples - peel, core and chop into chunks, then pop into your air fryer basket.
🧈 Make the crumble - add flour, oats, sugar and butter to a bowl. rub together with fingertips until you get a crumbly mix.
🍎 Assemble - mix the apples with sugar, lemon, cinnamon and vanilla. sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples. add a little extra sugar on top if you love a crunchy finish.
🔥 Air fry - cook at 180°c for 15 mins until golden and bubbling.
