I’ve been on all types of high lately from challenging myself to learn and try new things 😂

For a while, life just felt a little too predictable. Same routine on repeat, and honestly, I think I was bored without even realizing it.

But this year, I’ve been putting myself back in the beginner seat, and aerial yoga was one of those things that left me SO ridiculously happy afterwards 😂

Maybe that’s what some of us are missing. Not a whole new life or some huge change… just something new to challenge us and bring that little spark back.

So if life has been feeling a little too same-old-same-old lately, maybe this is your sign to try that thing you’ve always wanted to do. 💛

@fluorite_crystalyoga , thank you for making my first aerial yoga experience so beautiful..

I used to feel soo guilty saying no to plans when I technically had nothing else to do but no more…
I’m learning that having free time doesn’t automatically make me available. Sometimes nothing came up, I don’t have somewhere else to be, and I simply need a break. That should be enough. Have you ever felt like you needed a “better” reason to say no?

Let me not lie… your 30s hit differently. IYKYK

Priorities are quickly changing. You stop chasing quick fixes and start caring about how you actually feel because your body is telling you something 😮‍💨😂

👗 @zivalagos .

You realize you can’t keep running on little sleep, random meals, and hoping your body will just bounce back the way it used to. It’s less about trying to do more, and more about taking better care of yourself so you have the energy to enjoy the life you’re building for not just now, but in your 40s and 50s too.

I don’t know if anyone else has felt this shift, but I’d love to know…

What’s one thing you’ve started doing in your 30s that helps you feel more like yourself again?

Here’s an ad concept I created for Everyday Dose Mushroom Matcha+. 🍵✨

I used the AIDA framework to keep it engaging while making it feel like a real recommendation instead of an ad.

I shared why I made the switch from regular matcha, the changes I noticed, and how it’s become part of my daily routine.

The goal was to create content that builds trust, feels authentic, and shows the product in a way that’s easy for viewers to picture themselves using.

To build Interest and Desire, I leaned into my real experience with the product, focusing on the lifestyle changes I noticed after making the switch. Rather than simply listing features, I highlighted how it fit into my morning routine and the benefits that made me keep reaching for it.

Pairing those lived experiences with product education helped create trust while allowing viewers to imagine the product becoming part of their own routine.
