1. make your ground chicken mixture, mix well
2. Wet the spring roll wrappers, do about 7-10 seconds on each side then slide it onto a different plate 
3. Add meat mixture, shape with your little fingers 
4. Top it with cheese, roll it up snug, cut into bite size pieces with a scissors 
5. Air fry on 400 for 12-15 mins. Everyone’s is different.

4 sheets of spring roll wrapper 
1 lb ground chicken breast 
3 oz sharp cheddar cheese 
1 tsp spicy ranch powder @hidden.valley 
1 tsp lemon pepper (I used @cusos)

1. Empty your tuna into a bowl, add sriracha, sriracha mayo and soy sauce 
2. Mix well 
3. In a Tupperware or glass dish layer avocado, stick rice, tuna mix, cucumber
4. Flip onto a plate
5. Too with sriracha, sriracha mayo and sesame seeds 
6. Enjoy :)

2 cans tuna into water 
1 cup COOKED sticky rice
Half a cucumber 
1 avocado 
2 tbsp sriracha 
2 tbsp sriracha mayo 
2 tbsp soy sauce

The greatest potato of all time. Welcome back to stupid simple Sundays. This one loaded with ricotta, beef, onion, center cut bacon and a hot honey sriracha sauce. It’s really good and high in protein. Follow for more, love you 😊

1. Bake potato however you prefer, I microwave, then cost in oil, bbq rub and salt and air fry on 400 for 10 minutes. 
2. Cook beef and yellow onion in a pan on medium heat until browned (season well)
3. Cook bacon however you prefer 
4. Mix up sauce 
5. Load it up and enjoy! 

Ingredients:
1 medium purple sweet potato ??
1/2 pound 93/7 ground beef 
1/2 medium yellow onion 
1/4 cup low fat ricotta 
2 slices center cut bacon 
Bbq rub of choice 
Flakey salt
Splash of avocado oil spray for potato

4. Throw it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving to let the flavors marinate
