Creep it real with a little peanut butter & chocolate magic 👻🍫

Super tasty chocolate peanut butter pumpkins perfect for a little Halloween treat.

I used the delicious @proteinworks only peanuts but you can use whatever you have to hand.
 
Here’s the recipe.
 
1 cup of peanut butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
4tbsp ground Almond
Melted chocolate 

Mix the almonds, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
Shape into pumpkins shapes and freeze for one hour.
Remove from the freezer, dip into melted chocolate. Once the chocolate is set, devour immediately.

2 scoops Unflavoured protein powder
430g Strong white flour
7g fast action dried yeast
10g salt
380ml warm water
20ml olive oil
3 sprigs rosemary
1/2 cup of olive oil
Sea salt

In a bowl, combine flour, protein powder, and salt. Make a well in the center.

In a jug, mix yeast, warm water, and a pinch of sugar or honey. Let sit a few minutes, then pour into the flour well along with oil. Mix by hand until a rough dough forms. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

Do a round of stretch and folds (lift dough from edge, fold to center, rotate bowl 7–8 times). Cover and rest 45 minutes.
Repeat this stretch-and-fold process two more times, resting 45 minutes between each.

Meanwhile, make rosemary oil: finely chop rosemary leaves and stir into oil.

Coat a baking tray with some rosemary oil. After the final rest, give the dough a few folds, then place smooth side up in the tray. Stretch it out to fill, dimple with your fingers, drizzle with more rosemary oil, and cover for 45 minutes (or overnight).

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Dimple again, sprinkle sea salt, and bake for ~40 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding underneath.
Brush with more rosemary oil, add a final pinch of salt, and enjoy warm.

Cup of crumbled feta
Salt and pepper
Place it all in a bowl and mix together until well combined.
Add the mix to a preheated waffle machine and cook until golden.
Top with your favourite ingredients and enjoy!
