These are rich, creamy, chocolatey and honestly hit the spot when you want something sweet without the sugar crash. Low sugar, high protein, refined sugar free and sooooo easy to make!! 

Ingredients
1 bag dairy free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
12 muffin tin liners
salt for topping

For the filling
1/3 cup peanut butter crunchy or creamy
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
I also added chocolate chips to these 


Instructions
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds, or use a double boiler (my preferred method) stirring until smooth.

Line a muffin tin with liners. Spoon about 1 tbsp melted chocolate into each and gently swirl to coat the bottom.

Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spoon filling over the chocolate layer.

Top with remaining melted chocolate and a sprinkle of flaky salt.

Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes until set, then store in the fridge.

Low sugar, high protein, refined sugar free and so satisfying.

Shakshuka Recipe 🍳

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced mixed bell peppers
1 to 1½ cans diced tomatoes
4–5 eggs
Fresh dill and parsley
Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Directions

Sauté the onion and bell peppers in olive oil until softened. Add the diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes. Make small wells in the sauce and crack in the eggs. Cover and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Finish with fresh dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Enjoy with your favourite toasted bread.
