Ingredients 
30g rolled oats
1/2 chicken stock cube
300ml boiling water 
brought to the boil, then covered and cooked on low-medium for 20 ish minutes
200g egg whites (added on low heat until frothy, then cranked up to medium for 1-2 minutes until froth it gone)
- I cooked these in advance!

1/2 red onion 
1/2 white onion 
teeny bit of stevia 
white wine vinegar 

Topping: 
10g reduced fat cheese

TOMATO SOUP inspired egg white oats this morning 😌🍅

recipe:

30g rolled oats
1/2 chicken stock cube
300ml boiling water 
brought to the boil, then covered and cooked on low-medium for 20 ish minutes

200g egg whites (added on low heat until frothy, then cranked up to medium for 1-2 minutes until froth it gone)
1-2 tsps (or more, to taste) nutritional yeast 
1/2 tsp garlic paste 
1/2 tsp mustard 
black pepper
1 x laughing cow cheese 
sprinkle oregano
1 x pot of tomato puree (or use 30g of mutti triple concentrate) 
i also added a tiny bit of stevia to cut through the acidity of the tomato, and some red wine vinegar 

Topping: 
Handful of tomatoes (airfryed at 170 for 15 minutes, sprayed with fry light, salt, pepper and thyme) 
1-2 tsp caramelised red onion 
30g full fat cottage cheese 
black pepper 
chives

~ handful torn basil 
2 tsps garlic paste 
salt 
pepper 

topping:
20g mozzarella 
5-10g reduced fat cheese 

airfry on 200 for 10 minutes
